Homelands Equestrian offers you the complete Full 5* livery service from olny £712pcm.

We offer a full livery to cover all your horses needs, covering everything from catching in to turning out, full daily groom, rug changes, tack cleaning after each use, feeding, bedding and our own meadow hay and more.

This service covers the full care of the horse so if you are working, away or just unable to come up all the horses daily needs are catered for giving you total peace of mind.

Our yard facilities include:

Coaching & Training

Homelands Equestrian offers you a range of training options for all levels of horse & rider for both livery and outside clients.With our choice of riding facilities, we can provide the appropriate environment to suit your training requirements. Our focused disciplines are Eventing, Show jumping & Dressage.

Our Instructors offering Lessons, Clinics and Schooling are:

Ben Leathers BHSI, BE & BHS Accredited Professional Coach - for clients working to develop a deeper understanding of their horse for competition and the training required to take horses and riders to further their equestrian ambitions.

Jo Leathers BHSAI, UKCC Level 2 Coach,offering lessons and schooling including natural horsemanship training techniques.

Individual Training programs can be created with both you and your horse in mind to ensure there is a balanced and structured work plan in place for their training at Homelands Equestrian.

Training Services include:

• Lessons – Private & group sessions throughout the week and at weekends
• Clinics – Dressage, Show Jumping & Pole work (see our diary for dates)
• Schooling – From basic training to competition schooling
• BHS exam & Pony Club Test preparation

Specific Training services include:

• Competition Preparation – Dressage test riding, Show Jump courses & Cross-Country course walks
• Fitness – including speed and stamina work for the competition Event horse
• Rehabilitation – under veterinarian advice
• Backing – Early basic education for your horse

Cross Country Schooling

Welcome to Homelands Cross Country training course.

Set in 23 acres of stunning West Sussex countryside, the course has been beautifully designed and built to take the horses and riders cross country training experience to the next level. The once arable land has been purposely designed and landscaped to create undulations, gullies, drops, steps, mounds, ditches, hollows and a water complex. 

Offering some 70 - 80 portable fences, comprising of a wide variety of natural and painted fences with some dressed with flowers, along with large landscaped efforts. It provides training for riders at BE100 level up to and including Intermediate level fences and combinations with lines offering a forward stride as you would find in competitions. 

Our aim is to provide sound training to encourage confidence and balance for the horse and rider over competition grade fences with undulating ground.

All the fences are competition grade,. All built by the ‘Willis Brothers” and the questions are set out by James Willis. There are alternative options which offer softer lines before taking on the more complex questions when the confidence is gained by both horse and rider.

Furthermore, we have a full set of 20x60 arena boards which can be hired out for test riding. A full new set of show jumps will also be coming in the summer 2024 to provide full competition level equipment available for hire.

Private coaching – Our in-house BE Accredited coach is available for private or group coaching sessions around the course. Please enquire prior to booking to ensure availability.

Team training – You can hire the course out for Team training, fences can be set out at request if required.

Boot Camps – 2024 is an exciting year for the BE calendar and to get the head start we will be offering short 1 day boot camps where all phases can be polished up ready for the season ahead along with mid-season camps to prepare for stepping up a level or championship classes.

Trailers, 3.5t - 7.5t on follow signs to Cross Country, for 18t + lorries follow signs to Stables for easier parking.
