On the 30th November 2020, our 10 year lease expired. Yes, it has been 10 years since first opening the stable doors at the yard. We had an offer to extend the lease from the landlord or to buy the property.

Through October and November Ben work very hard to complete his ambition and find funding to purchase Homelands Farm Stables. With a barns offering staff accomadation, a newly built barn for reception, 22 stable American Barn, Hay barn, Tack room, 20x60 school all on some 80 acres this was going to be a real challenge. However, through many hours on the phone and meetings this became possible.

On the 30th November 2020, the day the lease expired, Ben Leathers along with his wife Jo, became the proud new owners of Homelands Farm Stables and securing the future for Homelands Equestrian Ltd. A great positive end to the strangest of years that has tested everyone in everyway possible.

So, 2021 is here and there are some very exciting plans coming to make Homelands Equestrian even greater for Training, Coaching, Schooling and of course our 5* livery service, not to mention the long awaited opening of the Cross Country Training Facility.

Lets make 2021 great - See you all soon.
